It's funny how certain memories stick. I remember very vividly meeting Jamie + Nick for the first time. They dreamt of their gorgeous farm wedding with me. They told me about the incredible venue, their thoughts for their colors and bridesmaid dresses, their desire to have a day that just encompassed all that they are together, and celebrated it in the best of ways. This meeting (and a few coffee dates after ;) ) laid the foundation for the giddiness I felt when driving onto their venue's property on their wedding day. After a week full of hurricane storm predictions for the weekend, the storm miraculously passed our little corner of NY, and September 3, 2016 seriously had THE BEST weather.

I know Jamie + Nick loved their wedding day, but I think I pretty equally loved it, as well. I spent the whole day with a group and family of people who are so dear and kind to me. I got to see my darling Dana + Tyler. I teared up as Jamie walked down the aisle to the Jurassic Park theme song. I ate some delicious popcorn. I captured some of my favorite images of my career.

Jamie + Nick, you are absolute treasures. Now, I don't know how I ever survived without you before I knew you. <3
