This wedding has been all up in my heart for a real long time. I have been waiting for when I would be able to find the words to say to describe this day. I think they're here now. :)
Alex + Kevin are the type of people you always want to be around. They are magnetic with their wit and cheerfulness, and draw others to them easily with their compassion and kindness. They love to encourage others, and it's evident in every part of every interaction with them. They are givers, and they exude a special type of goodwill that you can't quite put your finger on, but you know you want it in your life.
These amazing people are adventurers, and take life by the horns. They take big leaps, but still take everything in stride. They met in college, moved from New York to Boston, and came back home to get married this past October. When I walked into Alex's hotel room that morning, I just knew it was going to be an incredible day. She had so tenderly decorated her hotel room (DECORATED IT - I mean, how adorable); I felt that if she were to put that much thoughtfulness into just her hotel room, their entire wedding day would follow suit.
And it did. Oh, how it did. From the perfect first look to the teary vows to the triumphant recessional to the killer dance floor - Alex + Kevin's wedding day was everything it should have been and more.
Alex + Kevin, if I could make a permanent home inside of your hearts, I would. I adore you that much. But I'll settle for reminiscing in this blog post for now. :)
